“We were looking for Kizik shoes (known for its slip-on shoes), and Factory Shoe is one of the rare places that carries this brand in Ontario.
While browsing, I found some Pajar winter waterproof boots, and good for -30°C weather (in the kid's section). There is also a huge selection of shoes and boots in the Clearance section along the wall.
The staff at the store were friendly and helpful. You can definitely find something here for all sizes, and with good deals!”

“Jan 23, 2026 Back shopping at Daily Scrubs at 16 Falconer Drive, unit 6. As an external auditor, the Skechers pants are fashionable, comfortable and durable with the right price. The owner, Wina, is very knowledgeable. Her staff was able to pull my history records and informed me my size as per my request. Immediately Wina went to the warehouse and started looking for my size with new des. With her recommendation, I bought 3! Love the service and the speed with amazing prices. They are so attentive to clients' needs!

Most of the items are always available at discounted prices, and you can often find amazing deals on shoes, clothing, and accessories, specifically on kids shoes. The store is well organized, the staff is friendly, and there’s a good selection for the whole family. Definitely worth visiting if you want to save money without compromising on quality!”
“What a tremendous store. The owner comes from a family who actually made shoes, so what he doesn't know about footwear isn't worth knowing! We will definitely make this store a regular visit. We appreciated his advice for our specific needs, I.e. support footwear, but the store is so large I imagine anyone could find what they are looking for at discounted prices. 10 out of 10!!!”

Fitting rooms need a refresh and more wall hangers to hang your items on while changing. Large mirror in the fitting room though so that's helpful indeed.
Employees Emily & Raj were helpful and courteous to get proper sizes and styles while trying on some clothes. Friendly girls that offered some style suggestions too!
Prestige card helps to get more discounts even on sale items so it's worth the $20 annual membership fee. Reduced annual fee if one auto renews it 1 month before the expiry date too! Cool!
Nice also that some Le Chateau items are in store now too since they were bought out some years ago by Suzy Shier.”

“I had an excellent experience thanks to Dan’s customer service. I came in looking for a specific pair of safety shoes, but unfortunately they didn’t have my size in stock at this location. Instead of just sending me elsewhere, Dan took the time to recommend that I try on a different pair from the same brand to confirm my correct size. This way, he could make sure the pair I wanted at another Mark’s location would fit properly before I made the trip.
That level of thoughtfulness and attention really stood out. Dan went above and beyond to make the process easier for me and made sure I wouldn’t waste time going to another store for the wrong size. Absolutely the best customer service from Dan!!! 😊”

“Hafsah was amazing. I was very frustrated with an online order that did not fit properly. She was very fast at helping me do the online return. The small Crocs were shipped out for a refund. I was still frustrated, because I am flying out of the country in 2 days and won't be able to get a pair of Crocs for the same price I paid online. Hafsah walked around the store with me and was able to help me find a Marble Clog that was on sale. She is a very helpful person. I will shop at Crocs because of her customer service.”

“The shop has limited selection available but the prices are relatively cheaper. Most of the items there are winter related. There are good selection for kids snow boots there. Normal shoes or walking shoes or sports shoes collection are less at the moment.”
