“There is an after-hours key drop box available, but it is not mentioned on the website. If you book online, pick a time before office hours. I experienced this at the Cambridge location. Other locations may have different arrangements, so it's better to check all of them and confirm.”
“I had an excellent experience with Enterprise. The staff, especially Muskan Josoe, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. She was very easy to talk to, always smiling, and made the whole rental process feel relaxed and stress-free. There was also another gentleman on the team who was equally helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately, the model I originally reserved wasn't available, so they upgraded me to an SUV at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. The next day, the windshield unexpectedly cracked, but the team responded immediately and replaced it with an even better vehicle without any hassle.
Their prices are very fair, and they don't try to add unnecessary charges or surprise fees. Compared to other rental companies in the area, their service is much faster, more efficient, and they have plenty of staff available to help customers quickly.
Overall, this was one of the best car rental experiences I've had. I highly recommend this Enterprise location, especially if you have the chance to be helped by Muskan Josoe. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!”

“What an amazing team at this location! Shout out to Stu, Yaser and Phoenix. Great friendly attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction. The cars are clean and any issues are quickly resolved. Just wish they were open on Sundays even for a limited time 🙂 so I can return on Sunday. The site doesn't allow it. Also, not that I've ever ran into this issue with this location but I like to return in person so I don't run into low fuel or damage issues that aren't reviewed upon return. Highly recommend this location!”

I completely understand airport limitations and the YKF is not a full time kiosk…but I was nervous about delays on a tight schedule, and nervous about call received the day prior due to location questions. However…your manager offered solutions, not just apologies for inconvenience and went an extra few miles to make sure my issues and questions were resolved without my having to push for them.
