“My friend from Laos comes here alot. I've had aome food .from here. So I went Thursday. Bought lemon chicken sauce. Fresh snow peas. All purpose sauce . And an order of roast Pork. OMG. so delicious. The most helpfull and friendly of staff. Good selection , fresh produce, and reasonably priced. Will be back for sure. Thank you.”
“Was slightly daunted at going to shop here as I’m a Caucasian, Irish lady but as soon as I stepped inside I was greeted by a staff member, whom I would later find out his name was Balakrishna, or Bala, for short. I enquired about some spices and ingredients that I used to cook with in the Middle East but he walked through the aisles with me to go pick the items I needed. I found him extremely helpful and very welcoming. Such a lovely wee shop, I will be back!”
“Honestly, I hope m&m market never goes anywhere. It's such an amazing solution for those nights where you didn't have a dinner planned yet. Their garlic bread and fettuccine is absolutely incredible! I highly suggest swinging by and trying out some of their frozen foods! The prices are pretty high but they're definitely worth it and going to be better quality than your regular grocery frozen food!”
“I don't know why it took so long for us to go into M&Ms but it has been a game changer! We continue to be amazed how fresh all of the food has been given that it is bought frozen. From meat (chicken, ribs, steak) to stuffed potatoes to soup to appetizers to sauces... it has all been delicious! This is now a weekly stop for our Sunday groceries. Staff are also very friendly and helpful and location is always very clean!”
“I went in asking for the Bob Esponga chicken I saw online, the first representative I spoke to had no clue what Bob Esponga chicken even was, then John didn't know either but agreed to special order the chicken, I am very glad because they don't sell the Bob Esponga chicken anywhere i've checked in Ontario, I forgot to tip on the way out”
“We are quite impressed with this grocery store, we started shopping here in October when we moved to Peterborough and the staff has always been friendly & helpful. The store is always clean, they offer great selections.The only suggestion/wish we have is it would be nice to see a little more organic produce and some organic fresh herbs.”

“Open 24/7! I have a three month old baby and thank GOD they were open at night so we could buy more formula when we ran out. Everyone there was so polite (and I know what it’s like working the graveyard shift… it’s hard work! It’s exhausting!) … every employee was an absolute delight. So kind and helpful. It’s an expensive grocery store, but such a convenience that they’re open all night! Great service.”

“Great prices, considering all groceries/basic necessities ( for most regular households imo ) have increased to a very difficult and often stressful task to even budget into our reg financials for alot of people lately. Any savings like here at no frills, which being the main shopper in our home, I can say I muchly appreciate and are very thankful to have this option. Thanks no frills!”
“Great overall prices, some of the fruit and vegetables are hit or miss. Verify the freshness before buying. Also, avoid shopping on Wednesdays as they are restocking for the Thursday flyer and you won't always be able to find what you were hoping for. They have also recently started Flashfoods which is a welcome addition to the store.”

Most often a few dollars cheaper than our local health store (which is probably why one location is now closed) Store is always clean.Convenient location, good parking, alright hours..Online website- shipping is so SLOW in my past experience.CONS: I can only find one big complaint… I find they often are OUT of stock of items, and don’t order enough to catch up with demand. If something goes out of stock every week while ordering 10… Start ordering 15, or 20?”

“Over the years FreshCo started offering wider cultures now in Peterborough you can get all the Halal grocery without any difficulty that is a great move by the Peterborough FreshCo it shows their change of heart as just couple of years back even after request they never wanted to cater for other cultures”

“Had a great experience today was in to purchase 2 Salmon Steaks. My wife had tears on her face and the fish employee asked if she was ok. She had recently gone through eye cancer surgery and he was concerned. We ordered the salmon and he found us in another aisle and delivered them to her. Above and beyond service. Excellent.”
