“Kind and helpful staff.. Taking the time to ensure people and their pets are happy while they themselves are hard at work multitasking.. The inside of the store is much larger of a space than expected with a fresh open concept with nice lighting. The selection here is the most vast selection of options for everything for new pet owners to experienced groomers and breeders. The black Friday deals were incredible! Thanks again.”
“I took my German Shepherd, Sasha, to PetSmart for a nail clipping, and I’m so glad I did. She is very anxious, especially after past experiences at other places where her nails were cut too short and she ended up bleeding.
The PetSmart staff were absolutely amazing — calm, patient, and clearly very experienced. They handled Sasha with so much care and confidence, which made a huge difference for her anxiety. The nail trim was done super quickly, safely, and not too short, which was such a relief.
I’m incredibly grateful for the compassionate and professional care they gave my dog. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend PetSmart for nervous dogs and large breeds like German Shepherds! ??”
“We’ve been taking our standard poodle here to get groomed by Grace for a while now and can’t speak highly enough about her services. She always does such an amazing job and is always so friendly and pleasant. Our poodle requires ear plucking due to recurrent ear infections, and grace does an amazing job at cleaning his ears, especially compared to some other groomers we’ve had. Can’t recommend Grace as a groomer enough!”

“Wonderful people and they know their stuff. Our dog got an ear infection and we could not see the vet till Tuesday. I went in and after one sentence she gave me a bottle and told me it would work so well we may not even need a vet. She was right three days later the vet was happy with how her ear looked and said keep it up for a few days. So Happy a friend recommended these careing people and I recommended them for your pets needs”
