“It’s a very nice store. The quality of the cake we got for my dog’s (Ace) second birthday was excellent. Ace is usually picky with food, but he absolutely loved the cake! The staff were friendly—one of them even shared a cookie sample with Ace. They had a very warm and welcoming attitude, and Ace really enjoyed being there. We also got him a summer cap from the store as a birthday gift”

“Kind and helpful staff.. Taking the time to ensure people and their pets are happy while they themselves are hard at work multitasking.. The inside of the store is much larger of a space than expected with a fresh open concept with nice lighting. The selection here is the most vast selection of options for everything for new pet owners to experienced groomers and breeders. The black Friday deals were incredible! Thanks again.”
“The staff are always lovely greeters and very attentive even when busy. They always make sure to address every clients needs in a timely manner and are of course very friendly to any four legged friend!
The drop in self-service bath for $15+HST is a miracle and comes with an apron, treats, towels, and access to the dog bath and pressure adjusted water hose and dryer.

“A little bit off the beaten path but easy to find with goggle maps. Plenty of parking available. Faculty appeared well taken care of with what I assume was a lot of volunteer help. Viewed both dog and cat pet adoption areas which seemed well maintained and the animals were peaceful when viewed. However I found the lead front desk staff member less than enthusiastic answering procedural questions on adoption with a first time visitor. It may have been just one of those days for her so I will return again in the future but perhaps feel a little less welcome than I thought initially”
