“Amazing experience at this location, we were greeted with such kindness and taken care of as soon as we walked in! The massage and head massage were absolutely amazing, it was very relaxing! The only thing I was noticed, I was pretty cold once my hair got wet, so maybe recommend a heated blanket or space heaters on people close to the door! Otherwise absolutely amazing experience & excellent customer service!”

“Went there to get my boots and some other stuff before that. On clearance is decent. Some prices are crazy for the HH products but there are alternatives.
I got my HH coveralls there for I think $60 on sale that was a good deal.
My boots are Dakota and I went up to size 13 and they are incredibly comfortable. Best boots I have ever owned.”

“Hi if you read my review of the terrible customer service offered by the SoftMoc store in Brantford then the purpose of this review is to indicate the EXCELLENT customer service of the Cambridge SoftMoc store. My wife went there and received a refund without question. The sales rep made sure my wife was happy ensuring a continued customer for the SoftMoc brand. After my wife having an awful experience with customer return policy at the Brantford store, the Cambridge store should be recognized for their great customer service. SoftMoc almost lost a long term customer due to the Brantford store, but the Cambridge store showed they stand behind their product and customer satisfaction. Five Stars!!! (Six stars if I could do that) Thank you for making things right Cambridge SoftMoc staff.”

“Love this store!! My son is very picky about comfort and he wears a size 13 wide which is very hard to find...unless you go to Closeout Shoes! They are always very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! It makes shopping for footwear a breeze! We've purchased shoes and boots there. Lots of selection! Thanks again!!”
