Especially the gentleman who answers the phone (I cannot remember his name and I apologize), however this kind soul walked me through so much with my failing engine. They took my car in the same day I called and looked at it immediately. They were direct and honest. I had to tow my car from their shop to the dealership after the diagnosis so I could get the engine covered under warranty. He spoke wisely, honestly, and respectfully of all parties.
