“Wanted to buy a fish for my nephews and niece's, so I took them all to Big Al's in Vaughn. We had no idea what kind of fish or tank or food we would need, but when we arrived, we met Isaiah. He showed my nephews and i around and explained every single thing we needed to know about our fish, the tank, along with care and maintenance. If it was not for Isaiah, the fish would have Died because i was likely going to overfeed it, but he told me what to do and what not ro do, and he was firm when it came to feeding portions, so i followed his advice and im happy to say that my fish is almost a year old and is healthy and the happiest fish you ever seen.Isaiah has become like a rockstar to my nephews and I. I appreciate what he did so much that i had to go back and thank him personally, this is an amazing young man that i cant say enough Good things about. There I met another Young man named Roman, he literally showed me every tank and fish in the store and explained everything about every fish he showed me. I was amazed at the amount of knowledge he has when it came to fish. Then I asked about plants and he spent almost 20 minutes showing me all the plants and again explained what they do, what they need to survive, which ones were compatible, again I was left speechless at how much he knew, it comforted me because I had so much questions since I'm new to this. I could not have asked for a kinder and knowledgeable person to get help from, I had such a great time, He totally made my experience a memorable one. Then he took me to the show room and introduced me to Ben who told me everything I needed to know about the sand and substrate I should use in my tank, again I was amazed at his knowledge and hus kindness was exceptional absolutely amazing. Last but not least the young lady's at the register had the most amazing smile and they were so kind, and the main floor helpers Gary and Jaden where so helpful and kind and knowledgeable anout everything in the show room. These are literally the kind of guys i would hang out and call them friends. Oh, and the manager in the fishroom whos name i didnt get but had a clean shaved head also gave me the most welcoming greeting while he was in the middle of helping someone as soon as i walked in and i really appreciated that. I just want to thank the Manager at Big Al's in Vaughn for hiring the most amazing team, it takes a great manager to find such great talent and help. Thank you all for my wonderful experience, its one I will always remember,and because of Isaiah, Roman,Ben,Gary,and Jaden, I will definitely be a customer as long as they work there. “My 11 years old toothless toy-poodle Cherry loves the food. She particularly likes the beef and chicken recipes. I feel she has less health issues after changing to NutriCanine food.I am glad that I can custom my delivery date and amount with them all the time, also based on cherry's appetite, I adjust the portion as well.Always delivery with care after I complained with the first time bad delivery. They switch to UPS and always use UPS after. I always got the fresh meals now.Definitely will keep ordering from them.”

“Good service only issue is I notice looking closely at my betta that it already has fin rot… kind of sad to see that the fish came with an illness considering you’re paying premium. The fish were kept in clean separate tanks. Store owner has responded and I’ll be bringing fish back for store credit. Happy to see the prompt service.”

“we are so glad we met Nick at a market and discovered the Dogora high top boots! Nick also helped us get fitted and showed us a really good technique to ensure the paw is in properly and the boot is secure.We were previously using the disposable (rippable) Pawz rubber (balloon) boots to help protect their paws against the salt but now that we have the Dogora high top boots, their paws are 1. dry, 2. warm, 3. and the boots don't rip (are not disposable!)the boots fit well and have 2 straps plus a drawstring at the back to ensure best fit.To my surprise when we got home and took off their boots their paws were dry and warm! we could not be happier! great quality and customer service!Highly recommend, especially if you want warm & dry paws!made for Canadian winters!”

Leaside Pets has curated a collection of great products and carry everything I need in one place, at competitive prices. They have an easy-to-navigate online shopping portal as well. “Today I went into this Global Pet foods as this is the only franchise I shop at for my two cats; I feed them nothing less than the most premium pet foods I can source (Fromm is the brand I choose and to my knowledge can only be sourced at this franchise; it’s also the brand the owner Eva chose to feed her cats which has blessed them with 2 decades of healthy life).At global pet foods they have a very diverse incentive program that applies to many different brands and products.The incentive program that relates to Fromm’s bags of Cat food is; Buy 12 bags, get one free of the same size, I had 11/12 of the big bags (10lbs) purchased on my account, and then I also had 9/12 of the medium bags (4lbs) purchased on my account.I wanted to see about converting a couple of the medium bag credits from the incentive program to equal 1 more big bag so I could access the free bag on this visit.The Owner Eva let me know that there is a process to do such conversions with the credits from the program and unfortunately It wouldn’t be able to be converted today on this visit; However, she would set in motion the process of having that completed for me by my next visit.I did let her know that I adjusted my budget with the understanding that I was going to be able to buy my cats’ food with the credits and that I was down to my last bowl of food for my cats. She clearly appreciated the situation I was in as she said “I’m not letting you leave here without having food for your cats, give me a second honey”, this is when she rustled up 4 Samples of the only brand my spoiled cats will touch (Fromm), and she asked her trusted employee Brandon (who is very friendly and accommodating) to check the back to see if there were any returns of cat food by their preferred brand; Fromm(bratty cats??).After looking hard in the back, Brandon came through with finding a nice 4lb bag of top quality Fromm cat food of the “Healthy Weight” variety and it was looking like my babies were getting an early Christmas present! ??Thank you Eva and Brandon for looking at your customers as people responsible for caring for their beloved animals, and not just looking at them as a dollar sign, as some pet stores do.I appreciate you guys and I’m happy to support this store as it has supported me; always generous with new samples and amazing annual Customer Appreciation days (July 15th weekend).Sending our Holiday well wishes back to you and your wonderful team! ???☃️Regards,Derek ?‍♂️, Sonic ?and Rhea ?!”
