“Joe at Sure Choice has always delt with me in a fair manor. I have never felt abused as a dude who knows virtually nothing about mechanics when dealing with them.
As a matter of fact, years ago I bought a 2000 Ford Expedition from a friend in California. It had 60,000 miles when I drove it to Toronto. Two weeks after I registered the vehicle here my transmission started jerking the car , so I had to get it towed to Sure Choice. The vehicle was just over 5 years old and always serviced at the dealership.
I didn't trust Ford as they originally told me that I could transfer the Ford extended warranty that my friend had on it in L.A. and I just had to pay $100. Well that fell through.
Joe said his guys really didn't have much time on this vehicle and if I could leave it he would have them diagnose the problem in their spare time which would save money.
Joe kept it 3 weeks and ultimately found that a screw was loose in the " Brain" of the car. Since it started to happen two days after I left it at the dealership for a day so they could transfer the extended warranty, which they didn't.

“A lot of negative reviews but not this one. I've been taking my 4 series BMW here for over a year( as I moved to Leaside) for an exterior wash only and I only have positive things to say. They prep the car by pre spraying it and go around the car to clean hard to get areas. The wash does a pretty good job and they hand dry to to perfection. I know there are many negative reviews but if you’re looking for a good exterior, the price is right ($12) for a good wash/dry.”

The staff was friendly and professional, gave a fair estimate, and the car was finished quicker than predicted. They were able to pull up a quote from several months ago and honor the original estimate. I had to pause and make sure I was looking at the correct side of the car - you cannot tell this was ever dented! 5 stars!”
