Pet Value customer care immediately contacted myself and addressed the situation and resolved the matter within a day. After I had gone back to the store I spoke with a Pet Value sales staff member, and they were very helpful, polite and we agreed that there was a misunderstanding that had occurred. My experience with them and myself promptly rectifying the issue was impressive and I am satisfied that the issue has been resolved.

48 Talbot St S, EssexWe were greeted by the staff in one of the worst days as a pet owner.Our 16 yr old dog Angel was not doing great.Dr Grewold brought us into the examining room and explained to my wife and son that her quality of life was not good.He was very compassionate and took the time to explain to my son what was going to happen.The staff and doctor were outstanding@what was a hard day for us.A very big thank you to Dr Grewold and all the staff much appreciated.
