“We have just had our Peloton Bike+ delivered, and it is certainly living up to expectations in terms of the bike itself and the classes on the Peloton app. We were reluctant to make a purchase like this on-line or at a mall kiosk, and were pleased that there was a Peloton showroom in Toronto where we could spend some time trying the bike and getting information. We had a great experience with Ethan at the showroom. He introduced us to the bike and its features, gave us helpful suggestions about using the resources on the Peloton app, explained the costs and payment options, and was available to answer some questions while we were still considering the purchase. A very good experience both at the Peloton store and now with the Peloton Bike+ and app.”

“Shout out to the reps here. The FIFA jacket I wanted wasn't available at the store and they told me I could only get it online or at the Eaton Center since the tournament was over and only a few quantities were left. However, they helped me find comparable jackets to try on so I would get my size right and know how it'd look and fit on me. Although they knew I wasn't buying anything, they still helped me to the fullest. I ended up ordering the France igloo mesh anthem jacket online and the fit was perfect.
