The items are in very good clean condition. Some are new with tags. Accessories are sold as well, designer bags, sterling silver jewelry, hats and scarves. It's worth checking out.”

“Drove out to this location since the items showed in stock only at this location in the GTA. I was unable to locate the items and was assisted first by a floor associate who then passed me into the floor manager (?) Tamika who was super helpful in locating the items including offering to go back to the stock room to get my items. Great experience with friendly and helpful staff, clean and well arranged items made for a fulfilling trip across town. As usual Old Navy has good quality, fit and finish and would recommend their clothing line.”

Unfortunately, prices have been increasing too steeply over the last few years, to the point where it is unjustified for such plain clothing. Also disappointing to see too many synthetic materials that are cheap to make, but prices are still marked up so high.”

“I went to the store in lil bit of an emergency the other day, after getting my day ruined at Yorkdale location. Ngl, employees at this location are extremely welcoming and helpful. Especially Sam, she’s so sweet and kind, I loved interacting with all the employees there, im sorry i couldn’t collect the names of other 2 sweet girls. I’m giving 5 star to the location and its employees for their great work, however, honey brand I would say I lost my 170 bucks. The dress I got literally tore by the end of my party, very embarrassing experience. I wouldn’t have minded it if it happened to my prolly 40-50 dollar dress from SHEIN. Unfortunately, I can’t reuse that dress my 170 dollars are completely wasted, I can’t return or exchange since it was a final sale. However, kudos to the team for being so kind to the customers!”

“Brought my daughter here today Avi helped us and she was so sweet, cheerful and helpful. Wasn’t just interested on the sale she talked with my daughter as well. I would have given 5 stars but I wasn’t impressed that after trying the clothes we continued to walk around and another sales person kept insisting on starting a change room for us even though we said we already tried everything on with Avis help. Then she wanted to take the items to the counter for us. Thought that was unprofessional.”
