“I went to this petrol station after my son was stung couple of times by bees from the Shand dam area. The attendant on seeing my child was on pain went and got an older gentleman who helped him with an ice pack and even consulted a doctor who was passing through at that time to help. They both went above and beyond to help me and my child who was in pain. I really appreciate the help and support provided by both the gentlemen. In my rush I might not have thanked them enough. Thank you both for such wonderful assistance.”

“* Positive review for how they handled a problem I had with Purolator*. I had an experience where the company I had sent something back to by Purolator was saying they didn’t get the package. I had dropped it off at Hasty Market as I have done before with no problems. The tracking number on the label that I had taken a picture of says that it had not been picked up and Purolator confirmed that. I went to the store and Sunny was very kind and asked to have Purolator call him. I was frustrated more so with Purolator for not allowing the store to get receipts. That is not Hasty Market’s fault. Purolator did an investigation and discovered that for some reason, the gentleman that picked the order up re-labeled it. It was actually the destination company that has not followed through with my refund. Sunny actually called when I was out to see how things had turned out. Five stars to them for how they handled it My apologies if I seemed frustrated. It was an expensive item. Sunny was very professional and concerned that it gets straightened out and I think him for that. Such a great variety store right downtown open when other stores are not. Thank you Sunny.”

“It has been a pleasant shopping experience here so far, with the exception of a couple of instances where certain products were overcharged assuming it was a different variety/type, but this was resolved by the store supervisor/manager. The store has limited cashiers, so it would be nice if there were self-checkout registers available at all times.”
