“I really like Rona because of the great selection of products, good offers and sales, and amazing staff that is always very helpful and friendly. The only reasons I am not giving 5 stars are:
- Website. It hasn't a very efficient search engine and it can be hard to find some specific products;
- Lack of a phone app;
- and, even though I understand the reasons why, it is a shame they will not keep selling Kobalt products, since I invested in a lot of them over the years.”
“Recently bought a side by side and brought it to Wheelsport as the closest cfmoto dealer closed in my area.. Called to discuss warranty transfer with Ben Kolman and he was great. Provided all my answers, was a straight shooter and said it like it is. I appreciate this approach as I hate BS. Brought the machine in on a Saturday, which I was also very happy with as most dealers close early or are closed on Saturdays or do not have service open on weekends at all. Shawn greated me at the service desk, was polite and got my information and what I was looking for. During the exchange a technician came from the shop and also gave a hello and how ya do. Shawn came out with me to collect the machine and bring it in for service and I was on my way. Was very impressed with all interactions and first impression. Shawn called me earlier this week and let me know the machine is good to go and gave me the cost for the services provided which were also within the values I was told.

“They helped us find a cam bar lock solution for our customized camper. They didn't have a steel bar in stock at the size we needed but they recommended a spot 3 minutes away that had the exact bar we needed. They then welded the solution together for us and it was a perfect fit. Would definitely recommend!!”

“Great selection for smaller projects. Great staff. If you are a car enthusiast they have a small selection of automotive needs that usually meet what you want. Paint selection is quite good and lots of housewares items, cleaning supplies, tools, some small toys for kids and seasonal selections.”

“The measure of a business is when things go wrong and how they respond. The very expensive rental that we got for the weekend did not work. A technician showed up Monday and they said that we could keep the equipment into the next weekend. It was a happy solution for us.”
“Good morning,Every time I have been to this particular Rona store, I have never felt so welcomed and taken care of. The employees are incredibly professional, they have the knowledge and abilities necessary to answer my needs and questions. I can completely trust them for the rest of my projects. In addition, I was able to meet the 2 owners who are totally fabulous. They listen to their customers, always with a smile and they give their 110% so that their customers are satisfied whatever their needs. I live in an area where there is another Rona. To my great satisfaction at Rona Boulevard Maloney, I prefer to make a detour to be sure to have the service I am looking for and to be able to leave with peace of mind with everything I need. Every time I go there I am satisfied and it always exceeds my expectations.”
“A hydraulic hose on my tractor decided to break on a Friday at 4:30 p.m. As all the garages were closed I tried to find a place that could help me out on a Saturday. At Quincallerie Touraine they made me a custom hose on a Saturday morning at a more than competitive price. I'm definitely going to go back there.”
“There are only 2 places in Ottawa. You can take rigid tools in for service. I've used both. I find mytek to be excellent so far. The company maintains a clean shop and work was done quite quickly. This is the second time my planer has been in for repairs since I bought it about 8 months ago. We shall see how long the repairs last.”

I had a fantastic experience at Rona+ today thanks to Rebekah. Even though she was busy mopping when I walked in, she stopped immediately to greet me with a smile. She processed my return incredibly fast and was so friendly throughout the whole transaction. She even let me know about the customer survey for a chance to win a gift card. I had no idea that was even an option! Her helpful attitude really made my day, and I will definitely be coming back to this location thanks to her.
