“Purchased love seat June 2 and delivery was to be in 3-4 months. It is now mid October and I cannot get anyone to reply to my requests about delivery date. Were very courteous and friendly while purchasing but after sales service it terrible. Have gone to Palliser with a complaint and maybe I will get something from them.

“Staff were friendly. Parking is out front but they may ask you to drive out behind to pick up the mattress. Note: Google maps has you drive through a parking lot just prior to arrival. You can trust it as it does work out but it is kind of surprising!”
