“We purchased our Lapansee mattress 4.5 years ago. We decided we wanted a firmer option. In speaking with Marc we learned that they could upgrade our mattress for a fraction of the cost of a new one.
The mattress was picked up, upgraded and delivered back to us two days later.
We were kept well informed of their arrival times, which was appreciated. The two men who came were very polite and were in and out of our house very quickly.

“Purchased love seat June 2 and delivery was to be in 3-4 months. It is now mid October and I cannot get anyone to reply to my requests about delivery date. Were very courteous and friendly while purchasing but after sales service it terrible. Have gone to Palliser with a complaint and maybe I will get something from them.

However : I do have a very valid COMPLAINT
My COMPLAINT is that there was a very large painting / print in the show room that I really liked. I asked if I could take it home on approval to see how it would look in my room as I was concerned that it would be tooo big !
The room I wanted it for is not a big room and only standard 8 ft. ceilings. If it didn’t work I would have returned it the very next morning. ( I would have paid for it and would expect a refund if returning it )
They would NOT allow me to take it home on approval.
That is my complaint.
I’ve been a customer for many years and bought many pieces of expensive furniture from them in the past.
This is really NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE !”

“Staff were friendly. Parking is out front but they may ask you to drive out behind to pick up the mattress. Note: Google maps has you drive through a parking lot just prior to arrival. You can trust it as it does work out but it is kind of surprising!”
