“I cannot recommend this store enough! It's not your typical shoe shopping experience - in the best way possible. You can expect a quiet shopping experience (no background music), gentle and knowledgeable service (not pushy or in your face), handwritten receipts (he's been in the shoe business forever), no refunds (so take your time to make sure it's what you want), and some of the best fitting shoes you've ever owned (as long as you have the patience to keep trying on til you find them). They carry lots of big brands, but they won't stock shoes that they can't in good conscious recommend - so you'll notice some missing and that's actually a good thing!

Aman really knows his stuff and will bring you pair after pair of shoes to try based on what you're looking for. His priority is fit and comfort, and he really knows his stock! I have wide feet and have a lot of trouble finding the right fit. He knew exactly which ones to try for me and didn't give up until I found something that felt right.

I bought two pairs of shoes my first visit and went back for winter boots a few months later. I'm excited for shoe shopping again!”

“The customer service is exceptional - on entering was greeted with a friendly Hello and given space and the right amount of time to look over the array of footwear before being approach by the salesperson. I wanted to just look around to see if anything grabbed my attention - I did find a pair of shoes to try on but by then the clerk was helping another customer the second sales staff busy at the desk promptly came over and quickly went to the back for my size - I loved how the service was smooth not rushed - giving me time to even find another pair of footwear. Because of the relaxed but professional service I walked out with 2 pairs of shoes not just 1.. Kudos to Riley and Meaghan for their exceptional service - Meaghan really knew about the product she was selling - both were friendly yet professional... definitely will return.”

I didn't catch the name of the staff who helped me directly- they had short brown hair and piercings. They were kind, efficient, and patient as I found the right pair for me. They walked me through proper care for my new shoes and ensured I had everything I needed. I will definitely back- I tell everyone to shop here!”

“I have been buying my shoes from here for over 20 years, for flats, heels, boots. I find the shoes to be really comfortable and love that they have gone vegan. Having said that, I do find it affects the shoe quality as they don’t seem to be as strong or last as long. I love the different styles they have and especially like the creative heels on their stilettos. They have great end of season sales if you’re willing to wait. The store is always clean and staff are welcoming. I love that I can have the shoes delivered to my house or the store. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because of the sales person at my last visit. This store had a long time manager for years, who always recognized me and my daughter and was always happy to see us. At my last visit there was a sales person who looked new and might have possibly been the manager. I ordered my shoes online to be delivered to the store. She went to the back, got the shoes and passed me the box. When went to try on one of the heels, the loop hole on the strap just fell right off. When I took them to her to show her, she asked if I had pulled on them and I was clear they came out of the box like that. She got me another pair but I was not impressed with her approach. Other than that one time, customer service has always been great.”

“Omg!!! I can't even begin to say thank you enough to the associate Alexis!! The day before a wedding I was in my puppy got a hold of my heels and ruined them. I walked in all panicked with my dress to the Aldo in Stone Road Mall almost in tears because I didn't know if I would find anything to match AND fit (I'm a common size), and Alexis was soooo empathetic from the start and could tell I was upset and her approach was both comforting and uplifting at the same time.

I showed her pics of the ruined shoes, and she went above and beyond not only to find the closest shoe we could to match the other bridesmaids, but made sure I got all the bells andd whistles to ensure my feet felt great the whole night being I couldn't break them in first.
