They were ready to give me any advice I needed for my first time caring for a crayfish and were entirely pleasant. It did not feel like a nuisance returning the fish tank and the cashier knew exactly what they were doing. Overall, shopping here was a refreshing experience and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for quality advice and compassionate care.

5685 Malden Rd, LaSalleDr. Jim has helped with my dog, both of my guinea pigs and gerbils. He took care of them, and got us in right away. He also showed me how I can help my one gerbil when he had a cyst. Wouldn't recommend anyone else.
