“I stopped in the Running Room on Richmond St on Thursday. Matt was my sales man, he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful in every way, answered every question I had which I had a lot because it was important for me to get the best pair of footwear for my feet. I had him hold a pair of Hoka running shoes for me.
I went back Friday after work, Matt again treated me so well, He pulled out more shoes for me to try to make sure I had the perfect fit for my feet. There was also another sales man in the store Barry, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Both Matt and Barry helped me to make the best purchase.
I not only walked out with a great fitting pair of Hoka Bondi 9, I also walked out feeling like I made a couple cool friends.
Fabulous customer service.

I tried my new Hokas at home and they felt too small, I needed a 1/2 size bigger.
Back in on Saturday, this time I had Myra. She took the customer service over the top.AMAZING!!
I highly recommend Running Room, running shoes aren't cheap so it is important to have educated sales professionals

“I called Brown’s Shoes. I have a hectic work schedule. I couldn’t waste time going into the store. I had an idea of what I wanted and I called the Masonville Brown’s. Erin stayed on the phone with me through my indecisiveness. She was patient. She was knowledgeable and she kept running to the back to check the computer and inventory. She directed me to the website to see what she was suggesting. I thought I was annoying but she made me feel good. I placed my order for two shoes with her.

There were these couple young girls that greeted me with so much kindness and enthusiasm, they got very excited when I told them my prom theme and started bringing dresses to try. I really appreciated all this because I was shopping by myself and didn’t know what I was even doing! Everyone was so sweet and recommended me a place to buy shoes and purse for prom as well.
