She had amazing reccomendations even though certain products weren't in stock and we actually ended up buying one of her reccomendations, she was also super helpful in the online ordering process and checked the back at least five times for us. I didnt catch her name but it was around 11am-12pm November 5th.”

“I called Brown’s Shoes. I have a hectic work schedule. I couldn’t waste time going into the store. I had an idea of what I wanted and I called the Masonville Brown’s. Erin stayed on the phone with me through my indecisiveness. She was patient. She was knowledgeable and she kept running to the back to check the computer and inventory. She directed me to the website to see what she was suggesting. I thought I was annoying but she made me feel good. I placed my order for two shoes with her.

“Feb. 23/ 2024 Needed a good looking, light-weight work shoe with toe protection inorder to volunteer in a local food wharehouse. Jeremy proved to be very helpful and knew the features and benefits of various models. Took the time to find out what my expectations were and located a well fitting, comfortable shoe that I am very pleased with. Also wanted to search clearance clothing that I could donate to a "Cover me with Love" charity. Again, Jeremy proved very helpful especially at searching online for the correct size and style that was not available in the store. He went the the extra mile in placing the order for me (I am a bit awkward with computers); delivery to my door was fast and convenient. I decided to buy the heels and noticed the clasp was backwards, but Barrie was able to fix it within a few minutes which I really appreciated. It was a wonderful shopping experience, and I could tell he genuinely cared to help me find the right dress.”
