“Prices are more reasonable here than the new British Bake place down the street. The selection is far superior but they don't sell any fresh baked goods so perhaps you should buy your grocery items here and then mozey on down to the other store afterwards.”

“This review is really for TJX because the associates I dealt with at Southkeys Winners were not keen on listening to my issue and just handed me a business card to contact TJX. I had a $50 gift card with proof of purchase, that was declined and left my purchase behind. The process was time consuming as it underwent an investigation but TJX came through and provided me with a new gift card. I haven't used it yet but I assume it is good. A Manager had to be present to confirm my identity and collect the original gift certificate and receipt, she was very irritated and abrupt with the sales staff (who was very pleasant) and after collecting the appropriate info from me, she just left her staff and myself and went on to the next task. I expected some enthusiasm and maybe to hear "I am so happy we were able to resolve the issue" and maybe "have a great day" or "thank you for your business." The Manager showed no customer service skills, at least not that day. I am still giving 5 stars because I promised TJX I would!!!”
“Went in today to find a new shirt before starting an exciting new job. I was helped by an Indian girl (i think karina) who was extremely kind and a pleasure to chat with. She made my day- 10/10 would recommend.”
“I was in at the Bayshore Shopping Mall on the weekend looking for a men's shirt and was served by Nicole, she was very helpful, courteous and to the point. Brought me to the shirt that would fit me (knowing the shirt sizes were a bit smaller suggested a 1/2 size larger, I tried it on, and it fit me perfectly. She suggested a tie and helped me pick one out, then informing me that the one I picked was part of the sale and it was included in the price of the shirt. Awesome !!What a great experience I had with a great sales person and the store offered a quality product 5 stars in my books, Well done Nicole”
“I'd let my wardrobe go and had urgent events this very evening and the weekend. I called ahead this afternoon after measuring my chest at home, they selected a suitable jacket and held it for me, and once I arrived they helped me quickly find the belt, socks and a shirt that I needed. They measured and selected the items and the clothes just....fit. No muss, no fuss. The staff were very helpful and knew their products, there was Earl and a woman, sorry I don't know your name! Both extremely competent and friendly and there to solve your problems. Had no problem talking about the specifics of each type of item related to sizing. I don't write reviews normally, but I feel compelled on this one, so in my opinion, if you know you need to spend money dressing up, even on short notice, just go here, these people know what they're doing and I walked out knowing my problem was now gone. Best of all, I was at ease at my event this evening and was able to take part in the event without worrying about clothing. 5 stars.”
“I am a frequent shopper at Marks. They have many great clothing and footwear choices. I go for socks, t-shirts and jeans. The "50 Wash" shirts are excellent. I wear short sleeve version in summer, long sleeve version in spring and fall and the short sleeve under the long sleeve in winter. The colour selection is good but I think Marks should consider including choices for red shirt day, orange shirt day and purple shirt day - just a thought.”
“Honestly do not know what the difference is between Marshall's and Winners. Identical clothing in both stores, could go to either one. I find Marshalls less busy but winners has a better layout”

“Of branded items is your style, you can't go wrong with Marshalls. It's neatly organised, with legible indicators so you can tell what's on sale, (you might get premium stuff for a good bargain).”

“I loved my online shopping experience. I bought a beautiful large coat but it was too big and I requested an exchange online for a medium by following the Return Policy. I had no problem returning the coat and I was able to obtain the coat I wanted in the right size within a reasonable time and all without stress. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Great experience.”

“Very good service on recent visit. I was unclear about exactly what I went I for at first. The paralysis of choice, perhaps, or too rushed. Catherine worked from what I had outlined. I was tactfully guided from dithering to a credible result, all discretely rather than pushily. The items I required appeared, in the size I needed, with a mildly uncanny efficiency. One thing was found for me before I had thought to ask for it. An unpleasant errand was diverted from mostly-self-inflicted clothes-shopping misery, for a very welcome change. Much obliged.”
“Found this huge Roots store on second floor of Bayshore mall. They had so many Roots products including apparel, accessories, dolls, umbrellas, handbags and lots of other things. The store was very organized and clean. I bought couple of sweatshirts and an umbrella as souvenir. Prices were high as expected for Roots products. The associate at the counter was very friendly, packed all my stuff in a lovely Roots bag. It was quick and easy.”

“My daughter likes Zara so I took her yesterday to do some shopping they do have quite a bit of selection for young kids and teenagers overall a good experience however there is not enough stuff for a Saturday not sure if it is due to lack of Staff or they're just cutting back hours”
