I went in looking to get some specialty keys cut (Canada Post mail keys & high security keys) and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they also can cut car keys as well. Knowing that I needed a spare, they were able to cut every key I needed and programmed my new spare car key as well. Truly an amazing group of people and would recommend them to everyone!”
“Outstanding customer service! We were shopping for a bathroom vanity, but the only box on the floor was labeled as having a defect. Patrick L. immediately stepped in and started exploring different options for us, going above and beyond to help. He even called his manager, Hussain, to assist.
In the end, Patrick found a second box in stock that was unopened—and it was available at the same sale price! Hussain also ensured if there was any defect, the return/exchange policy was valid. Both Patrick and Hussain were incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process.
They also recommended having someone help us load the vanity into our car. Michael was wonderful and made sure everything was loaded safely with no issues at all.
