“How did i not know about this place sooner? Found AMRE while looking for replacement parts for a plumbing job (Toto). AMRE had the branded parts I needed in stock and available for pick up. Service was fast and friendly. They will definitely be on my radar next time I need to do a home repair job.”

“My husband and I have used Dremel tools for years. The reason is because they have high quality products that last and perform consistently well. We had one tiny problem with our pet Dremel and Giles completely replaced the machine without hesitation. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Not only did we have a satisfying customer care experience, a really nice person actually called and took care of the issue, almost immediately after leaving them a message. Giles is an outstanding company who represents Dremel products professionally and efficiently. Well done folks. Big 👍”

“I have shopped at Rona before but I've never had treatment that I had when I was encounter with Jason at Rona. I was treated with dignity and respect I have never felt so appreciative in a store where the representation is remarkable and for that I want to thank Jason just for being himselves and i wish other representative could and can learn from him and for that I am grateful. Rona should be happy to have someone like this employee working in this company that can turn a sad moment into a bright moment.”
