I purchased a True Launch Treadmill I was extremely impressed with is family run business from start to finish everyone was very welcoming, knowledgeable and eager to help with no pressure to purchase. They took the time to explain every detail about the treadmill and emailed me brochures and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The delivery was prompt and the installation team to my surprise was Frank and Jonathan !!! they had the treadmill set up and calibrated no time. they made sure everything was in good working order before leaving which was important because this treadmill is absolutely technically top shelf. I could not be happier with my experience with Kinetic Solutions beyond 5 star shopping in my opinion. i look forward to adding more to my home gym in the future. Great job team ! “Huge shoutout to Nosh for the help picking out a new ski coat. I was honestly a bit hesitant at first because of how light it felt, but Nosh really knew their stuff and reassured me it would perform on the ski hill. After wearing it a few times now, it’s become my go-to coat. Warm, comfortable, and perfect in all kinds of weather without feeling bulky.
