“Had such an awesome experience with Great Hobbies! I bought a car about 7–8 months ago, and recently it started having technical issues and wouldn’t run. I was honestly worried about what would happen, but they completely exceeded my expectations. They helped me under warranty and fixed everything for free — new battery, accessories, everything!
The customer service was top-tier. Huge shoutout to Angelous K for being incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly and made it stress-free.

“This is my new favourite store! I was tired of spending money on feeders that either did not last more than one or two seasons, OR just didn’t attract birds. I also had a Starling infestation and couldn’t find consistent info online.
The products they sell are high quality, and their expertise is super helpful (I could spend hours online going from site to site reading contradicting info, but I’d rather pop in and ask my questions). Highly recommend!”

Though i will say, WAIT until holiday decore goes on sale 2 or 3 weeks before the actual holiday because the full price is INSANE. (had my eye on that discoball ghost for Halloween, but 200 BUCKS?!? Even their attempt to discount it at $100 was too much).
Anyway, they also briefly had this Froot Loops gummies in the checkout lane that were amazing... should restock those.”

Sucks that pokemon card prices for both sealed and singles are nuts, but that's where the market currently is at so it's not really their doing.
Would be a 5 star review if they kept track of their inventory for card singles in general instead of just the sealed product that's always in stock. Unfortunately not everyone lives close by and can't regularly see what great cards they got :(

Changing to a 5 star review after the reply I got about not having their singles online for the locals to have a chance. As a local collector, 100% respect and thankful about that. Never considered that as an option, very sorry about shitting on you about that.
Also forgot to add in my original review about their trade-in rates. Honestly they got one of the best rates I've seen- they don't try to lowball you at all even if you're clueless about the prices. If you have have some cards to trade/sell, this is the place to go.”

“I’m leaving this review while it’s fresh in my mind. I just came out of Michael’s and their custom framing department and want to say I had such a wonderful experience because of Imogen. I brought my daughter’s professional certificate that I had promised to get a framed for her, but I couldn’t find an appropriate frame due to the weird size of the certificate. Imogen kindly went out of her way to help, walking down the aisle with me to find the perfect frame, and even helped me carefully put The certificate into the frame so I could surprise my daughter. I love this Michael’s honestly and I’ve come many times to stalk the craft aisles, but having this extra TLC for my shopping was really great. I had such a big smile on my face when I left the store.
