There's always a cute photoshoot area set up that changes every month and around Christmas time, Ami had generously included a picture of Bowser with the adorable backdrop. We live on the East end and travel great lengths to Konnichipaw because there's nobody else that Bowser and I trust other than Ami. She's the best :)

Dog & Groom
511 Mt Pleasant Rd, TorontoMy dog has not been professionally groomed in 4 years as she was sent home for bad behaviour at previous groomers. For all this time I thought that Luna was the problem so I never tried again. It is an awful thing to be told your sweet dog has behavioural problems when she normally loves all humans! Well we have an upcoming week long camping trip and I felt it was important to have her hair short for tick detection so I reached out to Joy, briefly told her Lunas history and without hesitation she was asked to be brought in. A few nerve wracking hours later I went to pick her up and I almost cried because not only was Luna fully groomed but the style was perfect.Joy clearly has the experience, skill and compassion when it comes to her craft. She took the time to understand that Luna was afraid of the buzzing noise of the tool and massaged her with it to show her that it was safe. No muzzle needed!!! Thank you so much for giving my dog your individualized attention. Her studio is also very clean

Bloorcourt Veterinary Clinic
1074 Bloor St W, TorontoBest vet clinic in the city. I've been bringing my pets (dog & cat) to Bloorcourt for years and they've always provided excellent care.Beyond that, the other night my cat cut her paw pad and my partner and I were really struggling with how to treat what was not an emergency but pretty distressing. I called around to a bunch of vet clinics that were open later to see if we could get a last-minute appointment to help us triage her paw. While Bloorcourt didn't have space to take a last-minute appointment they are the only clinic that took the time to give us advice over the phone that ultimately resulted in us not needing to take our cat to any vet and gave us the information to take care of the wound at home. She was back to her rambunctious self the following afternoon! Thanks to the receptionist taking the time to listen it made a stressful situation manageable and my partner and I were able to take a deep breath and take care of our little guy. And big Thank You to the team at Bloorcourt for being there, I know you must get so many requests for emergency care every day. It means so much! We'll keep coming back. :)

Sherbourne Animal Hospital
320 Richmond St E #108, TorontoMy first time needing a vet for my mini Dachshund and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this clinic. Right from the initial phone call inquiry, speaking with the office manager, (who was extremely informative and patient) she understood that my beloved doggie was in a lot of pain, not walking or eating and she made sure that he could be seen the next morning. Upon my arrival in the office it was busy, but being run very efficiently and smoothly.Dr. Oscar was informative, kind, and understanding. Even though the office was very busy, he spent a lot of time with me, answering all of my questions, going through a book and diagrams and explaining different options for IVDD.I was impressed by his transparency in the breakdown of all the prices , walking me through everything on the computer screen, and working within my budget, which I greatly appreciated. He called me the next afternoon with the results from the tests that were conducted, and again spent a while speaking with me, answering all my questions, explaining the test results, the medication required, and next steps very thoroughly. This will definitely be our veterinarian going forward! ??

Mellow Vibes Dog Training
295 Roncesvalles Ave, Toronto5 stars all around. The city was so hard for me to find a reliable trainer. Especially for a rescue dog with trauma. I had about two trainers before i found Paul. They bailed on my dog after meeting him. I was in such a hard spot because Rolo was easily triggered by men and other dogs. He would try and bite and get aggressive. I was starting to lose hope. But then we met Paul who was very accepting of my dog Rolo. After the program Rolo was changed dramatically. He loves men now and is able to play with other dogs. I still and will continue to use Mellow vibes for boarding as my job take me out of the city alot. I feel very secure when rolo is there because i know how happy he is. He actually gets depressed when i pick him up from pauls. He loves it there. Im so grateful to have found Mellow vibes for the rest of my dogs life.

Good Grains
4134 Dundas St W, EtobicokeWith today being international women's day, I thought what better time to recognize a female owned business who is 5 star in every category possible! First visit was today, place was spotless clean, meals were packaged exceptionally well, a huge variety to choose from, plant based with no oil for majority of the menu, and the tipping point of making this place exceptional is the owner! Karen greeted me with a smile, had my order ready, provided a ton of tips and suggestions, and even walked the items to my car. Thanks to Good Grains my meal planning is going to be so much easier to stick with now that I don't have to shop or cook!! I highly recommend Good Grains, in a world of processed fatty foods, this place is refreshing for the soul and good for it as well! Such a pleasure meeting Karen and I look forward to more trips here and incorporating Good Grains into my meal routine and health improvement.
