“I would rate my experience with Charissa and Danny at Sleep Country Orleans as absolutely the best. This is the second purchase I have made with Charrisa and have appreciated her knowledge and attention to meeting my needs as a customer. Everything about the experience buying a tempera bed was perfect. Produce knowledge was excellent. Delivery was smooth.
Beds arrived in great condition. Follow-up with Danny the manager was also very helpful.

So, my husband and I decided to get out today to shop around for a new mattress and this was our first and last stop. Catherine greeted us at the door and when I started with “we’re just going to have a look around” she explained that buying a mattress is a learning process and they would like to give us a quality experience with a professional guide to help us. I'm not going to lie, I was tired and a bit grumpy but having been in sales most of my life, I understand that as a sales person you always want to communicate with the customer as best as possible. Tired as I was, I agreed to the process..

Honestly, I have no idea what the outcome would have been if we had been left to figure it out without her. It’s been a VERY long time since I bought a mattress and things have changed so much that likely, I would have felt overwhelmed and just gone home.
The quality of care given to us not only ended in us purchasing our perfect bed but also made me feel like there was absolutely no need to look anywhere else. I would highly recommend to anyone that they skip the rest and just head straight here. We were with Catherine for roughly 2 hours and her level of patience with us was TOP SHELF!
