From the very start of the process everyone was super polite and helpful with the one handling my claim was Kriss. Kriss was very helpful and quick to find a replacement bumper free of charge too!
While my vehicle was in for repair communication was great, he let me know the stages of the repairs along the way and even went out of his way to point out another minor issue with my trunk and offered to take care of it for free as well. On top of that they took car of a little cosmetic issue on the hood per my request. Overall my experience at this location was amazing and I very much recommend going here.
