“I went in for a simple safety certificate and was (over) charged 290$ for the service. I later learned that they did not actually do an official safety but rather just an informal inspection of the car. As a result, I have wasted 290 dollars and will have to do another inspection.
When I called Derick to speak about the results, he said he was “too busy to get into it with me”.
Update: I had a very positive phone call with Kenny, who went out of his way to make up for my negative experience. A little accountability goes a long way.”

“I recently took my vehicle into this carstar location as my vehicle got hit while parked (fairly minor damage). From the very start of the process everyone was super polite and helpful with the one handling my claim was Kriss. Kriss was very helpful and quick to find a replacement bumper free of charge too!
While my vehicle was in for repair communication was great, he let me know the stages of the repairs along the way and even went out of his way to point out another minor issue with my trunk and offered to take care of it for free as well. On top of that they took car of a little cosmetic issue on the hood per my request. Overall my experience at this location was amazing and I very much recommend going here.
