Usually go between the Kingston and Kanata location, although I did make a trip to the Ottawa recently.

“It was fun.. clean.. smallish. Lots of things but easy to look around. Old Consumer's counter? My friend brought me in here.... Had no idea about it. Lots of parking.. right off the Queensway. Camping. Kitchen. Gadgets. Planter's dream. I guess if you need service, you presss a button and get a number! Like the old days! We spent a long time looking. Didn't buy anything but I have a feeling I'll be back. It was fun. Dog friendly too.”
“What a great store for imported Asian snacks, drinks and cosmetics. Their items are mostly from Japan and Korea. They have Kiss Me Heroine Make mascara! My favourite mascara, and their prices are reasonable (around $20). So many cool chips and fun drinks. The store is clean and neatly organized. Staff are friendly.”

Every time I go in there, I learn something new from the staff. If I ask for help with finding something, they don't just direct me to a shelf. They ask questions and figure out exactly what I need.”
“The measure of a business is when things go wrong and how they respond. The very expensive rental that we got for the weekend did not work. A technician showed up Monday and they said that we could keep the equipment into the next weekend. It was a happy solution for us.”

“Astro Design Centre did amazing work on my bathroom and kitchen. The staff, in particular the Designer, Joseph, were exceptional. Joseph was such a pleasure to work with and helped guide me when I needed it. All the various tradesmen who came to do the work were polite, did high quality work and always cleaned up at the end of the work day. I will be hiring them again when it's time to re-do the ensuite, absolutely no hesitation! 5+ stars!”

“Came in for an order pickup of mulch and two tanks of propane. Michael at the service desk was amazing and super helpful. Purchased two tank refills but they ended up only having one available. He apologized for the inconvenience and offered to help with the refund for the extra tank right away so I didn't have to wait in line. He was personable, friendly and very helpful. Keep up the great work and to the entire team as I shop at Home Depot daily - they are really really good especially at this location.”

“Big shout out to Matt. I needed a replacement cartridge for a discontinued American Standard bath and shower kit. I contacted American Standard with no luck, then a listed supplier with no luck. Should have called Preston Hardware first. Matt did some checking and got back to me when he said he would, and was able to special order the cartridge. Preston Harware come through again. Thanks.”
