IKEA Ottawa offers a great range of products and has a good Cafeteria with food at reasonable prices. The store is gigantic, with a parking garage and a huge cafe. It has a Småland children's play facility and offers services like delivery, assembly, and installation. The service is friendly and efficient. IKEA Ottawa is a big store with many floors, making it an adventure to visit. However, some customers have experienced issues with click and collect orders and product quality. Despite this, the store remains a popular destination for home furnishing and decor.

Seek out Daria if you are designing a kitchen. Daria is fabulous to work with as she knows the design software really well along with Ikea's products. She'll ask the important questions that you don't know are important all the while explaining why ... such a pleasure to work with!
