Staff (I think the owner) was rude. Loudly and rudely interupted/spoke over my friend and I when we were speaking amongst ourselves. Nobody greeted us or seemed to care that we were there. We walked over to John Fluevog where we received impecible service and spent our money there instead.

Every accessory I've bought from here has ended up breaking shortly after, despite being careful with them. For example, I just opened my claw clip and the wires completely snapped off. Disappointing.

Who seems to be the owner, short dark haired girl is straight up disrespectful and rude. Every time I go in, I’m followed like a thief. I completely agree with the other reviews about this place the items are cute but not worth it, with over unwelcoming feeling.

Noticing the lack of independent shops that focused on trendy and affordable fashion, we did what any crazy and creative person would have done… we opened our own freakin’ boutique!
