I recently visited Duruma Japanese market, and I was incredibly impressed by the quality and variety of products they offer. From fresh produce and authentic Japanese snacks to specialty items like Japanese Onigirai they had everything I was looking for. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were quick to answer my questions and even gave me great recommendations on some lesser-known products. I really appreciated the attention to detail in stocking unique and hard-to-find items that cater to authentic Japanese cuisine.
Overall Duruma Japanese market is my go-to spot for all things Japanese! Highly recommend this store to anyone who enjoys Japanese food or is looking to explore new and delicious ingredients.”

Had the Hawaiian Donair and fries. Was delicious. The fries have a crunchy coating.
There's a couple of tables to eat in. Most other people there took to go. Was a little cold to sit there as the door to the shop is opened often with folks coming and going.”

“I live in California, and I visited Vancouver last Tuesday. I went to Lucky’s with a friend who’s a regular there, and I was honestly impressed by how unique the place is. They have some rare items and different flavors I didn’t even know existed. Younes made the experience even better he was super friendly, helped us with great recommendations, and even gave us some discounts and a free item. I really wish we had something like this in California. Definitely my favorite spot in Vancouver.”

Staff is friendly and helpful.
Pricing is little on the higher side but you should realize that most of these might be not available in any other local store.
Snickers drink is not meeting the expectations.
Yoohoo chocolate drink was good.
Calypso tropical mango lemonade was better.
Other items like the Pringles and hichew just to name a few the range of flavours is surprising.
Must visit for every sweet tooth munchkin.”

“Most of the customer are very rude .Many time i have see lots of them throwing suff at casher when buying it and when they give them cash they also throws it to them like they are some type of baggers, from younger to older people if you want respect then first learn how to give it , they are not you’re servant . It’s always give and take you will receive the type of service or attitude that you give to others, don’t be like a small child and cry in review section. First teach yourself how to treat others respectfully.”
