“Princess Auto is a store that has a lot of equipment, tools and parts for various needs such as car, farm, random stuff, mechanic things, etc. the store is large and covers a lot of areas with a variety of goods in stock.
They also have a coffee station at the entrance of the store with different disposable cups, sugars, etc. Apparently people who work the trades and mechanic jobs like to drink lots of coffee, that's why they have a coffee station there.
The store and the washrooms are clean. The aisles are wide. There's apparently a sale going on, see clearance sale.
My dad comes here to buy lots of tools and stuff for his mechanic work. I tag along to see if the random items section has something I like.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff member took his time going over everything with me without rushing. Every department had staff ready and willing to help and the prices are very affordable. The gentleman was polite and informative, and asked me to bring it over, to fully check it out just in case it's more than just a part replacement.His recommendation was helpful and there was a little more than the part I thought I just needed. ?He replaced the parts that was needed and did the repair pretty fast. ?The cost for the replacement parts and labor was extremely reasonable. ??I would definitely be going back here for sure, if I have to in the near future. ?%”

Not all were available at the local depot which the staff and the manager Jeff assisted in finding the correct parts and ordering it at their western location.
