WORKERS ALSO PULLED OUT ANIMALS YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE WITHOUT YOU SAYING YOU WANT TO BUY ONE. 3. NOT ONLY REPTILES AND AMPHIBIANS BUT THEY SELL INCLOSURES, FOOD, DECOR, HEAT, AND UVB LAMPS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO ALL REPTILES.”

“This is an amazing place! The moment we walked in we saw dozens of free flying birds. All of them are very healthy and happy looking! The owners take amazing care of them and it shows. When we asked questions about the birds, the owner gave very clear and professional answers. The staff was very friendly and helped us pick everything we needed! He used the customer appreciation program so I could get my can of wet food for my cats. I’d like to see Pet Smart do that lol. I only go to Pet Valu for my cat needs and this experience only solidifies why I only support this franchise”

“I purchased the bath and trim package with an upgrade luxury package. Marshall did not receive a nail trim, nor were his anal glands recessed. However, his haircut was perfect, aside from some brown spots being missed around his mouth. The attendant who worked on him has many great reviews below, I believe she was having a bad day as when I called for a follow up regarding his nails not being trimmed, I was advised that she went home early. I am grateful for his cut, but he is still stinky and I have to do his nails myself. Oh well, thank you for your service.”
“They have variety of birds and some exotic birds too. I bought 4 pairs of budgies last week and just bought 2 pairs today. The birds are healthy but 2 of them were sick 1 has cold and other one has pooping issue (green poop) ik the cure so I treat them and they are healthy now make sure when you buy the birds any birds check for cold and vent for any pooping issues. Other than that recommend. They are lovely and so nice.”
