“Search around local shops' websites to find a replacement part for a rusted out casement hinge with no luck. Went in to the local Home Depot and the gentleman in the window area right away pointed here. Found what I needed, ordered online and it was on my doorstep in two days. Website is easy to navigate and the prices are great. Probably saved me a few hundred bucks in a service call.”

“A review from my family: Amazing service by Eric and his team to fix the boat motor. When the original part that was needed was back ordered they removed the part from the new motor that was needed and replaced it. It's great to see this kind of service, where the customer is always taken care irrespective of the situation. We had to visit multiple times due to user error and they patiently tested again and again and also showed us how to start the motor and tips in case of issues. It's always great to see there is still customer service on top of their priority. The best part is that Eric promptly responds to emails during weekdays or weekends.
