I went to Champs and unfortunately, I had an encounter with Noah that left a sour taste in my mouth. He was really rude and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome. Hopefully, the management at Champs can address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and kindness.

The shoe release or whatever it was was a mess. No organization, I had online pickup and was told to wait in line for 30mins. Youngin staff just assumed I was picking up shoes. What’s waste of my time.
