H&M at the Eaton Centre is a very big store with a great selection of clothing basics and affordable home decoration items. The merchandise looks amazing and the space is spacious, clean, and inviting. The staff are consistently described as super pleasant, helpful, and friendly. They are good at finding things and provide elegant service, even when the store is packed. The store is very well organized and hosts special events for members with a fabulous environment, fancy cocktails, and unique offerings like free sewing services. While some feel the fashion is aggressively average, it remains a reliable spot for affordable, good-quality basics and seasonal clothes in a convenient downtown location.
What a massive H&M! Forgetting to pack a swimming suit for the hotel pool, I popped into this store. It’s several levels with helpful staff and clear signage. It turns out they have a large men’s swimming suit collection. I got a pair for less than 25 Canadian dollars.

Diana works around the everyday cash, she helped me so efficiently with my return and then I forgot my umbrella, and I really appreciate the fact that she took her time to look for me to give it. Amazing service and energy, she was calm and enthusiastic at the same time. H&M is lucky to have her.
