“I came in to the store today to pick up food for my roommates cat. I wasn't sure what I needed to get or where to find it. Thankfully, I was greeted by a very friendly staff member, Nicole, who was able to immediately bring me to the correct section and run me through my options. I found Nicole to be very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the care of animals, which gave me a lot of confidence that I had come to the right place.

“Over the past few years I had been having to care for my sick and declining dog and this was always her favourite place to go. The staff are friendly and clearly love animals. They were always helpful and knowledgeable about finding foods that catered to my sick dogs increasingly worsening health and I believe that they were a large part of what kept her energetic and happy right up until the end. Even on her worst days I could always say "Want to go to the toystore?!" Or "Want to go see Daniel?!" and she would perk right up even when her vet medications had her down.

“Wonder experience, the employee/ owner was very knowledgeable about fish— I purchase 3 beautiful fish, a tank and everything I needed and every single step of the way she was educating me! The things I needed she explained to be how to use them and why you need to do it and the quantity , she even stayed on the phone with me while I was at home setting everything! Huge aquarium location with a lot of different fishes and other things like real plants- I was very satisfied and just added 3 little guys perfect entertainment for my cats . Thank you so much”

“Meet Hazel! She's a 3 year old Selkirk Rex who occasionally needs a haircut. In this current heatwave we decided to take her down to a Teddy Bear cut. This is Hazel's second groom with Wendy at Nimoosh and while I'm delighted with the results, Hazel rebels by sticking out her tongue. Hazel has curly hair so finding someone who knows how to trim her hair and have a cute end result is an absolute delight. I cannot recommend the team at Nimoosh enough for cat grooms. If I could give 10 stars I would!”

“I took my beloved medium-hair cat in for her first groom ever and they were fantastic! She can be a bit spicy, but they did such an excellent job and she came back so fresh, clean, and shiny! She wasn't grumpy at all when she came home and was back to normal in no time!
I am so grateful for their excellent care and they really took their time to do everything I asked, including a bath, brushing, sanitary shave, and nail trim. You can definitely trust that they will treat your pet as their own, and they were so wonderful every step of the way, even reassuring me when I phoned to check in and see how she was doing.

“Price very high. Only for seniors. In store i met only seniors with birds food. But I look for toys for granddaughter, it's fantastic toys, but expensive. But it's store like museum, and adults will be like kids!!!”
“We get everything for our dog here. The owners obviously love animals, care about people, and take pride in their small/local business. The only problem is our dog loves the staff so much, when we walk by the storefront, we have to drag him away from their door.”
“My Portuguese Water Dog has been with Fit Dogs for over 10 years, and the care he’s received has been extraordinary. The staff are genuinely wonderful, attentive, and clearly love what they do. The off-leash trail runs and socialization with other dogs have been such a gift — they’ve kept Henry active and happy. “This is a decently big store filled with most pet needs. Staff was friendly but I had to ask for help twice though the store wasnt busy, they must of been doing inventory work but customer service should come first when you have multiple employees working and everyone is busy 'tasking.'
I had a few questions to ask but since I waited around and ended up self serving (grabbing items from the top self) I ended up going to another Pet Valu where the employee there could focus o customer service.
Great store and products but customer service may need some improvment.”

“I ordered some cat toys from their website, that ended up beimg out of stock. Hana and her team were always pleasant to interact with towards coming up with a resolution. They found some alternate cat toys from same manufacture to send me instead.
My cat loves the cat toys from this manufacturer, which unfortunately have become difficult to find in Canada. The ones that Natural Pet Foods were able to round up have been a delight for my senior cat.”

“If there's a way to give 6 stars I would do that! 6 stars for their top quality customer service- Wassim always go above and beyond to make our purchases as seamless as possible whether it's in-person, over the phone or email. It would have taken me ages to get started with our raw food journey and choose which item to get each time. Wassim has saved us so much time, energy and efforts and I'm so happy our puppy's nutrition is well taken care of. Their delivery staff is also really friendly and responsible. The food is always delivered fresh and I have recommended Raw 101 to all of our dog friends. It's not everyday you'd experience such thoughtful and detailed customer service. If you're getting a new pet and considering raw, I highly recommend Raw 101.”
“This location is spacious and has lots of stuff. Yet, there is always something wrong with self wash station. The blow dryers does not attached properly, the hoses are leaking, the drainages get stuck. Employees are very accommodating and helpful. The self wash stations just need a little bit of investment to fix blow dryers and water supply. The rest is great!”
