The charcoal hemp sweats that I purchased recently have quickly become my comfortable favourites. I ordered some small and some medium sizes and ended up returning the mediums for small...just an fyi. “Utsav was very patient and kind. He was wonderful when I had to do multiple returns so I can repurchase the sweaters I bought originally during Black Friday but in the correct size. He was very efficient but made sure the return went well by putting it on the gift card so I can repurchase what I needed but in the correct size and more instead of waiting 1 business day to get my money back so I can buy it again. He was very patient, kind, funny, and energetic. Overall a very positive experience. This Old Navy location always gave my family and wonderful customer service. I recommend coming here. “Went to this location to pick up a mattress from a gift registry. Angela in baby section was amazing and very professional. She was helping other people and advised us to wait for her, she then searched to find the registry, then she walked to the back to get us the mattress. Once she was back, I asked how much I have on the gift card and she walked all the way to the front of the store to get us the answer. My experience with this location because of this employee was amazing. Also the Yonge girl at checkout was very polite and helpful. Everyone I came in contact at the store had smile on their face. Starting off we went to the kids section where initially we were finding it tough to decide trackpants for my nephew as my mom and myself were shopping for him for back home.I came across the fantastic not only assistance but also pragmmatic recommendations made by zhahra which made me sign up for promotions and becoming the member of the shopping spree which never came in my mind special thanks to zhahra for it.
