“HomeSense and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of home decor items available. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. I particularly loved the selection of unique furniture pieces and decorative accessories that really added character to my home.
The prices were very reasonable, and I appreciated the frequent sales and discounts. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering my questions and providing suggestions without being pushy.
The only downside was that some items seemed to be out of stock, likely due to their popularity. I would recommend going during the week for a quieter shopping experience.
Overall, I had a positive experience at HomeSense and will definitely return for future home decor needs!”
“great selection of lego at this store, i always love to come and browse. kudos to CJ for being super friendly and helpful at the front w/ helping my partner set up a points account. also thank you to another male staff member who graciously offered to hold our tuxedo cat set at the front since he was in a very large box (unfortunately his name slips my mind, this was around 4pm on sunday jan 18).

“Outstanding customer service! We were shopping for a bathroom vanity, but the only box on the floor was labeled as having a defect. Patrick L. immediately stepped in and started exploring different options for us, going above and beyond to help. He even called his manager, Hussain, to assist.
In the end, Patrick found a second box in stock that was unopened—and it was available at the same sale price! Hussain also ensured if there was any defect, the return/exchange policy was valid. Both Patrick and Hussain were incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process.
They also recommended having someone help us load the vanity into our car. Michael was wonderful and made sure everything was loaded safely with no issues at all.
This team truly delivered excellent service. Thank you, Patrick, Hussain, and Michael, for making our experience so smooth and positive!”

Apples, organic Milk, organic Eggs, organic banana, cooked chicken, exotic fruits, nuts, organic dried fruits. medicines, some branded stuff.
Still i have to visit other shops for specialities and items of low volume for a small family.
Gas is time to time less than other sellers but not always.”

“Marshalls is a great place to score some awesome deals on everything from clothes to home goods. The variety is impressive and you can find high quality items at a fraction of the price. My only complaint is that the store can feel a bit disorganized at times making it harder to find what you’re looking for although this could’ve been because of the influx of customers due to the Christmas season. However, the thrill of the hunt and the friendly staff make up for it. Definitely worth a visit if you’re up for some bargain shopping.”

“Markville Mall Marshalls is a very well-stocked location, similar to other Marshalls stores, but it often feels less crowded which makes the shopping experience much more relaxed. The store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, and the staff are consistently friendly and approachable. I find it much easier to shop here compared to other busy stores, and there is usually something worth picking up if you take the time to browse.
This experience took place on Sunday, September 7, 2025. I visited because I needed Blue Jays merchandise for a game I will be attending on Wednesday. At first, I noticed some tank tops, but they were not my style and felt a little too revealing. I decided to take my time carefully browsing through the racks and I am very glad I did because I eventually found a Blue Jays sweater at a very reasonable price. It was exactly what I needed and I was happy with both the selection and the value.
At checkout, Francesca was the cashier who assisted me. She was incredibly sweet, warm, and professional. After paying, I accidentally left my phone at the counter because I was tired and clumsy from a long day. Francesca immediately noticed and kindly ran after me to return it. I was so grateful for her kindness and attention, and it really left a positive impression on me. She truly went above and beyond in her customer service and absolutely deserves recognition from management. In my opinion, Francesca deserves a raise for the way she treats customers with such care and respect. The manager was also very welcoming and helpful, which added to the overall great experience.
Overall, this Marshalls location at Markville Mall stands out for its organization, cleanliness, reasonable prices, and especially its staff. Shoppers are treated with care, and the friendliness of employees like Francesca makes a big difference. This will definitely remain one of my favorite Marshalls locations to visit. ?”

“I didn't believe some of the prices I saw here. A friend told me to go here when I was planning to go to another shop and I went and went back again. Some of the prices they have are cheaper than used items in value village and the things are new.
Now you see why it was hard to believe the prices. Go here, don't delay, get off your butt now!!!”

“I had a fantastic experience with Karen, the manager at Hudson’s Bay in Scarborough Town Centre. After a frustrating situation with the Pickering location, where I was told I couldn’t exchange my Shiseido foundation, Karen stepped in to help and turned everything around. She reassured me that exchanges could be done at any Shiseido counter in Hudson’s Bay, regardless of where the item was originally purchased.
Despite a system shutdown during the process, Karen stayed incredibly positive, helpful, and kind. She patiently worked through the issue, ensuring the exchange went through smoothly. Her friendly attitude and commitment to great service truly made a difference after such a rough experience.”
“My husband and I had an excellent experience with Melonie in the appliance section yesterday. We went in to purchase a dryer to replace our broken one. Melonie was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us recommendations with space to make a decision without being pushy like some sales people are. She even recommended a product to clean my washer gasket which I appreciated when I brought up a concern to her. I recommend dealing with her for your appliance needs and look forward to my new dryer!”

Came here and had to change both my batteries in my truck in the parking lot.
The automotive staff were helpful getting me the new batteries and let me drop off both my old ones and I bought tools to fix it In the parking lot.

“My favourite Winners location. You always find very unique products at affordable prices. They lose a star because sometimes the cashier forgets to take the alarm off items at the checkout counter, and when you leave the store, it buzzes, and people think you have taken something. It has happened to me 3 times at this location. I always make sure to double check with cashier to avoid this from happening. Otherwise, great store.”
