“I normally don’t write reviews, but I had the best experience at Heel Boy that I felt I needed to. I needed a pair of waterproof winter boots that were still stylish and Jade helped tremendously. She was patient with me while I stomped around the store trying on 3 different pairs of boots and found me something that was both within my price range, but protected me from the Toronto winters. Actually, my experience was so good I bought a pair of loafers that I didn’t even need. I will 100% be going back when I’m ready for a new pair of shoes!”

“We visited Homesense McCawon Rd, yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Despite the extremely cold weather, two gentlemen kindly helped us and brought our belongings all the way to our car, which we truly appreciated. The cashiers and the ladies working on the floor were all very kind, professional, and responsible. Unfortunately, I don’t know their names, but the care and effort from the entire team made our visit excellent. Highly recommended.???”

“Markville Mall Marshalls is a very well-stocked location, similar to other Marshalls stores, but it often feels less crowded which makes the shopping experience much more relaxed. The store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, and the staff are consistently friendly and approachable. I find it much easier to shop here compared to other busy stores, and there is usually something worth picking up if you take the time to browse.
This experience took place on Sunday, September 7, 2025. I visited because I needed Blue Jays merchandise for a game I will be attending on Wednesday. At first, I noticed some tank tops, but they were not my style and felt a little too revealing. I decided to take my time carefully browsing through the racks and I am very glad I did because I eventually found a Blue Jays sweater at a very reasonable price. It was exactly what I needed and I was happy with both the selection and the value.
At checkout, Francesca was the cashier who assisted me. She was incredibly sweet, warm, and professional. After paying, I accidentally left my phone at the counter because I was tired and clumsy from a long day. Francesca immediately noticed and kindly ran after me to return it. I was so grateful for her kindness and attention, and it really left a positive impression on me. She truly went above and beyond in her customer service and absolutely deserves recognition from management. In my opinion, Francesca deserves a raise for the way she treats customers with such care and respect. The manager was also very welcoming and helpful, which added to the overall great experience.
Overall, this Marshalls location at Markville Mall stands out for its organization, cleanliness, reasonable prices, and especially its staff. Shoppers are treated with care, and the friendliness of employees like Francesca makes a big difference. This will definitely remain one of my favorite Marshalls locations to visit. ?”

“I didn't believe some of the prices I saw here. A friend told me to go here when I was planning to go to another shop and I went and went back again. Some of the prices they have are cheaper than used items in value village and the things are new.

“Today, afer checked out and tended to leave the store, two young people stopped me and reminded me that I most likely were ove charged due to one self checkout machine. After checked my receipt, I saw the firt two items not what purchased. 20+ bucks.

“Me and the wife wanted to get a fragrance at Maison Francis Kurkdjian and was greeted by Sherry. She was very attentive and patient. Best part was she hooked us up with numerous samples for myself and the wife. Just weeks before i got a PDM fragrance and the associate gave me ONE sample and didnt even offer me an engravement option. Sherry had great customer service and we will definitely go to her specifically for our next MFK fragrance in the near future.”
“Items are just like any other Winners, the prices are pretty affordable. I was actually surprised by how many different shoe brands they had! The staff were also really nice, even close to closing time. They didn’t rush or kick us out and let us finish looking around, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely come back again!”

She stood out among most retail places you go. To me she deserved a promotion. Anyways I later found her at the customer service desk and then a week ago what do I see but she has been promoted to manager!!! Yo that is so amazing and she so deserves it. Now that I know this Im pushing people I know to use that location. Way to go Dani, super happy for u!
Original review: My experience with the Auto Service Dept has been great. Their customer service in that dept has always been friendly and helpful and is not a stressful experience. Also if you buy tires from CTire get the warranty which is $8/tire and lasts 5 years. Well worth it. I have had to rely on the warranty more than once from going over a nail to having a welding wire stuck in my tire. If they can't fix it they replace it with NO hassles. The rest of the store is hit and miss regarding good customer service...”
