The level of education, care and diligence they put into every interaction with their customers is like nothing I’ve experienced with pet care. I’ve been feeding my cat with their food for 5 years and have never had any issue, every vet visit is positive and I will continue to recommend Naturaw. Their products are clean, healthy and I feel comfortable feeding my cat this trusted food. Also their skincare products are amazing.”
“We started with NutriCanine about a year ago for our three lucky dogs (Westies). All of them absolutely devour each recipe, and I immediately noticed how elevated their level of excitement became at mealtime. Since I transitioned over to exclusively feeding them NutriCanine (as per our holistic vet’s recommendation), I am shocked how their gut health has improved and how it shows in their whiter, shinier coats. Particularly where there is no more discolouration around their muzzles! Many dogs, like our Westies, have gut sensitivities and allergies, and I have seen this addressed simply by feeding them better quality food, made easy with NutriCanine. I’d like to think of how much money and grief we are saving on vet bills and a better quality of life. Hugely recommend - all dogs deserve it.”
“Warning for online Orders: they consistently ship out incomplete orders, make sure to specify in note to contact if incomplete, this is the only cause of my -1 star.
Ordered online and happy with the quality of each frag as they look to be pest free and algae free for the most part, unfortunately one of my items didn’t ship but I ordered two of it anyways so I guess all is good.
Note:I once placed an order with a bunch of corals listed at $0, don’t expect to get them but did expect a call or email and a laugh, instead got nothing and no corals, so technically my order was not filled, they also ended up being super grumpy about it and had some not so pleasant things to say, I’m not mad about it but really disappointed as they could have handled this much better, it’s not my fault they had it available for order.”
“OUT OF 5 I WOULD RATE ALL REPTILES 5/5 REASONS WHY: 1. WORKERS WERE VERY HELFUL AND NEW A LOT ABOUT ANIMLAS. 2. WORKERS ALSO PULLED OUT ANIMALS YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE WITHOUT YOU SAYING YOU WANT TO BUY ONE. 3. NOT ONLY REPTILES AND AMPHIBIANS BUT THEY SELL INCLOSURES, FOOD, DECOR, HEAT, AND UVB LAMPS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO ALL REPTILES.”
“I took my beloved medium-hair cat in for her first groom ever and they were fantastic! She can be a bit spicy, but they did such an excellent job and she came back so fresh, clean, and shiny! She wasn't grumpy at all when she came home and was back to normal in no time!
I am so grateful for their excellent care and they really took their time to do everything I asked, including a bath, brushing, sanitary shave, and nail trim. You can definitely trust that they will treat your pet as their own, and they were so wonderful every step of the way, even reassuring me when I phoned to check in and see how she was doing.
All in all it was a fabulous experience and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended - definitely come here and support this local business :)”

“This is an amazing place! The moment we walked in we saw dozens of free flying birds. All of them are very healthy and happy looking! The owners take amazing care of them and it shows. When we asked questions about the birds, the owner gave very clear and professional answers. The staff was very friendly and helped us pick everything we needed! The first set was too small so I ended up contacting the company to see about a size exchange and Nicholas was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He called me personally to talk and help me pick the correct size for my dog. Top notch customer service and excellent product. Since finding the right size, the boots are super durable, stay on, and keep my dogs feet dry.”
