“Goodness me Waterloo has been our families main store for years. Our son has Autism and the calmer setting works for us. Vicky is a staff member who has gone above and beyond to accomodate our family and make us feel welcomed. I want to take the time to recognize her as she is the most caring customer service representative I have ever met, especially when interacting with those with special needs. Thank you. She always has a friendly attitude with every customer I have seen her interact with. It's tough to find stores and representatives at stores that are so inclusive and helpful. Other staff are great too. I wanted to take the time as a Mother of a special needs child to appreciate the kindness we recieve and witness. Top notch customer service. The product selection is good and quality is great. Potatoes are a perfect example of this. The locally grown produce is nice to see on the shelves. If you have an employee of the month my family would nominate Vicky.”

“Sobey's always has a great selection of fresh quality food. Friendly people working in the store make for a pleasant shipping experience. Sobey's is a bit pricey, but the stores have many services like the bakery and deli that make it worth shopping there.”

“Beechwood Zehrs is located in the Beechwood Plaza at the corner of Fisher-Hallman and Erb St W. They have upgraded some the inside, including new stands for fruits and veggies, nicer layout throughout the store. There is regular checkouts as well as self serve checkouts.”
