“This is a luxury bulk store. Everything is fresh and high quality, it’s hard to fault any of their products. No matter which one you try, it’s going to be top quality. The only downside is that you have to be ready to pay a premium! Other bulk stores have great products but The Source shines for its presentation and consistency. Try the ABC nut butter which is excellent and very addictive!”

You need to get on some of this bagnet, cause who cares about a low-fat diet when pork belly can be rendered this addicting? The skin is absolutely divine, twice-fried for a bubbly, crackly and crispy crunch, which is contrasted by the gooey layer of fat that just melts in your mouth, coating every orifice with a salivating porky aroma. The meat is undoubtedly tender and juicy, and the pungent savory flavours are balanced with a refreshingly sweet all-purpose sauce and an acidic vinegar sauce to cut through the fat. Maybe keto won't be so bad.”

“This is my everyday place. it's close to us, and I LOVE the deli meats, and the butcher counter. Great options for grocery, so friendly! I love that they're always speaking italian, make it all feel more authentic. That's what you want from a local grocer, especially Italian. That they know their stuff. The pasta selection and cheese selection is amazing! The Euro household stuff too, it just takes me right back to Europe! if you live nearby, it should be your daily market. Great local spot.”

I love that they enable zero waste; for example, the store has options to bring your own containers. I always enjoy each visit and feel like a part of a community. “I want to love this place, but they can’t seem to get their deliveries/supply issues sorted. Three times recently I’ve gone in and they have no milk (or only the large bagged milk).
When they have the basics in stock, this is a great neighborhood grocery and an alternative from the big chains.”

“I love Healthy Planet. I go mainly to the one on Islington. I used to have to go to several different health stores to get everything I need but with Healthy Planet they have everything I need and all at reasonable prices. They have a huge selection. I especially like the wide variety of fruits and vegetables that they have. I love the chocolate-raspberry shakes at the kitchen bar. They are the healthiest smoothies I've found anywhere. No added sugar. They taste fantastic. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend Healthy Planet.”

“Best of Toronto farm fresh foods! I feel so grateful to live near this store. As a vegetarian, I find the organic and fair trade products and produce to be the best quality anywhere in the city. While it definitely seems more catered to meat-eaters with the large meat section, the locally-sourced pies, hummus, frozen lentil daal, vegan ice cream, gluten-free bread, butter, vegetables, and seasonal fruits offer delicious farm eats in the comfort of the city. All the staff are super friendly, inclusive, and it feels like community!”

Please stop selling that fruit or whatever is makeing the place not pleasant anymore. Sorry it really reaks.Some might eat, but you don't need it? It's not worth it.
There should be an inviting aroma from the food court.
I don't remember this off-putting experience in past years.
