“Wayne and Susan are so friendly and always so helpful. We love the selection of pantry items and good basic needs when you can't get to a big grocery store. Their prices are fair and they have a good selection of produce. They carry some pretty seasonal plants and flowers too.”
“It's a small, clean and popular Indian grocery store. It's not wheelchair accessible and you can't tally the prices at the till as there is no such option. The staff is friendly and helpful.”
“Finally able to stop & check out what's available, all others times I've been too late as I'm driving home from work. So glad to find familiar Filipino dishes. Picked dinuguan, beef steak and pork adobo as well as a pack of pancit for another time. Got home and immediately took some leftover rice and added the dinuguan which I've not had in years and one piece of pork from the adobo. I am so satisfied and the flavours suited my palate. Had a nice chat with the chef, too. Bought some fried peanuts, too!”
“A neighborhood gem. They have an amazing selection of ramen, snacks, plants, and even fresh produce. The store stocks the best energy drinks, pop, water and juice. It's appealing because the stock rotates constantly and they don't let anything collect dust. The owners are very friendly to their regulars. It's also a very lucky spot for lotto winners apparently.”
“I have been shopping in this store for 20 years every week and for every special family event. I see how Jaqui and Tim, the owners, taking their business. The quality of food they get from local farms is great. It's always fresh and must be refrigerated very fast after it was purchased. Jaqui always mention it to customers. I'm food quality scientist by university degree and I see all the time misunderstanding that this foods have no preservatives, never sprayed with any chemicals and must be refrigerated very quickly.
All my friends who shop in Fresh From The Farm are very grateful for my suggestion about this place. They are coming from all over GTA.
