“This store has everything you could find in a home improvement store in Kitchener or Waterloo. What sets this store apart are the friendly, knowledgeable staff! Every member of their team goes above and beyond the service one is used to receiving at other stores. You will not be disappointed… it’s a short drive from the city to experience exceptional small town service!!!”

“I am very grateful that I found out about Rotblott's store! First of all the store staff is very dedicated to customer service and has very knowledgeable professionals, who know every detail about everything. I can say, it is impossible to find such brilliant customer service with such attention and high professionalism in Canadian Tire and in any other similar big stores. Not only Rotblott's store got everything, but they also find stuff which you cannot find in any other store or online markets like Amazon. They got the best in the most affordable prices. And even after that, they helped me to place an order with %15 off on incandescent bulbs! A year ago I was gifted a brand new, very good quality shopping cart. In winter, snow salt rusted front wheels and made completely deteriorated. I stayed with a new cart without wheels. I checked on Amazon, went to other warehouse stores, went 10 times to Canadian Tire on yonge and church, they had nothing suitable and they knew nothing how to fix. Overall nobody even cared there. At Rotblott's store Mr Alex measured wheels and Mr Chan did a miracle. He made it even better than before! He found a big and pretty Walt to insert inside the hole and attached the caster. Now it runs just like a brand, looks like a brand new and above all, when another wheel falls off I know where and how to fix it! Rotblott's is not just a fantastic store, where you pay half price for a much better quality than online markets like Amazon or in Canadian Tire like big stores, but it is also a place where you find everything which you cannot find elsewhere, at a great price, they can order for you, and the only place where they will fix a problem. If not Rotblott's and Mr Chan, I had to discard an excellent quality new shopping cart. I recommend this store with all the STARS to all my friends! The Best! I am adding photos how old wheel deteriorated and how well Mr Chan fixed it!”

“My husband and I have used Dremel tools for years. The reason is because they have high quality products that last and perform consistently well. We had one tiny problem with our pet Dremel and Giles completely replaced the machine without hesitation. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Not only did we have a satisfying customer care experience, a really nice person actually called and took care of the issue, almost immediately after leaving them a message. Giles is an outstanding company who represents Dremel products professionally and efficiently. Well done folks. Big 👍”

“I always hit Parkdale HH before I try any other place. Staff are super helpful, you can buy screws/nails/washer etc. by piece instead of a whole package, and if they don't have an item in, they'll order it and call you when it arrives.”

“This place is packed with specialty tools. If you know exactly what you need, it's a very quick and pleasant experience. If you're coming in to browse, she'll be unhappy that you've been in there for four hours, which seems like 40 mins. Be forewarned. This store enables any man to do pretty much any thing. If you don't see it there, the staff can get it for you, and I'd bet $2 that they can get it for you cheaper than on the tool trucks.”

“We had an excellent experience with ADH Hardware. We ordered new hardware for our kitchen, wardrobes, and closets, and the price-to-quality ratio was excellent. Maurizio provided outstanding consultation throughout the process. He not only prepared detailed quotes, but also reviewed our kitchen and closet drawings, advised on the appropriate hardware sizes, and even created a color-coded hardware placement map to help coordinate everything correctly. That level of detail and support made a big difference. There was never any pressure — he gave us time to review and digest the options before making decisions. Our order also arrived earlier than expected. We have used ADH Hardware for previous renovation projects as well, and they consistently provide great selection, high-quality products, and reliable service. Highly recommend.”

“The man at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. One cannot wonder through the store on one's own. You ask for a product and it is fetched for you. Often things can be found there that are not available at other places. I bought a fluorescent bulb there for under my counter at a third of the cost on the internet and that I could not find elsewhere.”

“Went in the other day just browsing for some hardware, was instantly greeted with a warm smile from an extremely nice (and might i add very handsome) gentleman by the name of Ed! He was well versed with all the products and extremely personable! Ed took his time with me showing a multitude of different options and styles. Im not sure what role Ed plays within the company but he is worth his weight in gold! With his overall knowledge and kind demeanor he is an irreplaceable member of Upper Canada!”
