“I love the Runners Shop! I have been a customer for over a decade. They are the most knowledgeable, friendly running store staff I've ever met. I've tried getting shoes from other running stores, with not great results. I have narrow feet, high arches and I pronate. Only the Runner's Shop has consistently gotten me into the right shoes, time and again, so I don't get injured. I love the new store and location in the Annex. 100% the best in Toronto.”

“This placed saved my feet. I had a boot mishap while touring the great Toronto area and there was something in my boot that was drilling into my ankle making almost impossible to walk without it being painful. I walked into this store and felt like Cinderella trying on the perfect Sorel boots for winter that the employee recommended for the thick Toronto snow. It was a perfect fit and feel! “The greatest thing about the store is that the associates are not there to push for the most expensive shoes. Shoutout to Magda for being super patient with me and helping narrow down the products based on the anatomy of my foot. I highly recommend using the foot scanner as it will tell you the ideal size (My size in the past has always been two size smaller! No wonder I'm always in pain), the arch and width of your feet. Overall, great store, great products, and great service!”

“My wife and I had an amazing experience purchasing Reebok safety boots, thanks entirely to the exceptional customer service provided by Debbie.
Before this, we visited two other outlets—Marks and Skechers—where we were quite disappointed. The staff there showed a very cold approach, merely pointing us toward a few women’s shoe racks and offering no real assistance. They were not interested in checking alternate brands or models, which left us feeling ignored and frustrated.
On our way back home, feeling disappointed, my wife noticed the Mister Safety Shoes outlet and we decided to get down from the bus and give it a try. From the moment we walked in until the time we completed the purchase, the service we received from Ms. Debbie was beyond words.
Debbie patiently helped my wife find the right size, suggested a high-quality brand like Reebok, and stayed with us throughout the entire process until we were completely confident with our selection. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for customers truly stood out.

Best experience ever at the Skechers store! The staff were absolutely amazing and made our shopping so easy and enjoyable. The gentleman who helped us (I think he is the owner) was the best person — very kind, patient, and genuinely wanted to give us the best deal.
