“Thanks so much Ashley and Steve for providing excellent information and customer service as we tried to navigate the ‘strip’ lighting space!!! You were the only people prepared to spend the time with us to insure we purchased the correct product for our needs. Plus, the pricing on the product was terrific…significantly less than the companies who weren’t prepared to help us at all. We’ll be back!!”

“Shopping for outdoor furniture can easily get overwhelming, but our experience with Inside Out Patio was exceptional from start to finish. After searching all over the Caledonia Design Centre for different patio sets, we ended up meeting Scotty—and he did an amazing job, period. Right from the start, there was never any high-pressure sales tactic. He took the time to walk us through the pros and cons of all the different furniture options, helping us figure out what would actually suit our backyard design and space. What really stood out was his honesty. Scotty actually talked me down from overspending on a barbecue that wasn't right for our family's needs, steering me toward a model that saved us money while fitting how we cook and entertain far better. Throughout the process, he kept us completely up to date on all delivery dates, so we never had to guess when things would arrive. We ended up purchasing a full patio set, a dining set, and a new barbecue, and we couldn't be happier with the quality and his service. We're already looking forward to seeing Scotty again in the springtime when we head back to get an umbrella and accessorize the space.”

“Bought a really nice sideboard from this store, but unfortunately it was damaged during delivery. All we had to do was reach out to our salesperson (Abdullah) and he took care of everything right away. We received the replacement within a week, and the whole process was quick and easy. I would definitely buy from here again.”
