“Big Lots was once a place to score amazing bargains. It doesn't offer anything more than other stores now, and their stock has become limited. I still like to browse Big Lots every now and then to see if there is anything I could use. It is generally clean, and most of the employee's seem friendly. Big Lots is no longer my usual go-to department store, but it is okay for some items. I'd rate this location a 3.5 if it were possible.”
“Empty, how the hell do businesses stay open when they are never open. Nothing downtown is open. Must be a lot of money in Albany, that is the only way downtown businesses can stay in business but never be open.”

“I set my wallet down while playing the display pac man game and left it on there. A young service manager picked it up and got it back to me!!!! Unheard of now a days. So grateful and thankful to this young man. All of our Christmas presents were stolen out of our trunk last year and I was worried it would be another crummy Christmas for our 3 kids. The remodel is looking wonderful, much easier to find organic options having them mixed in instead of an organic section, and I’m so glad they expanded the grocery section, though I LOVE their home goods. “I'm a California transplant so the first time I went to Fred Meyer, I was in love. This love remains undying even after many visits. This store has everything I need/want at reasonable prices. I've gotten some great deals on some thicker jackets/sweatshirts, too - something I needed as a Southern Californian experiencing my first Oregon winter. The cashier's haven't been overly friendly but I don't mind - I don't need to be best friends with everyone I meet. Produce seems to be high quality and there's a decent selection of "crunchier" foods (tbh, I don't care about this part, but I do love the taste of oatmilk and there's a pretty big variety of oatmilk at this store). Anyway, at the very least, I'd highly recommend this store to any other Californians who have never had a chance to visit a Fred Meyer before.”

“My experiences with this pharmacy has generally been positive. There are times when a medication is out of stock, but they usually get it in pretty quick. This is a busy pharmacy, so the lines do get long. The do try to move through the lines quickly. They do close the entire pharmacy for lunch. Be sure to check what times they close for lunch. I love that their hours are extended. It makes it easier when we cannot get there until evening time. Overall, as I previously mentioned, a majority of our experiences have been positive with this pharmacy. Be sure to ask if you have any questions. They have always been very helpful.”
