“Well, When I made my appointment for maintenance, I was told there would be shuttle, But upon arriving, there was none available. So not very convenient, but they did their best to make up for it. Took longer than expected, but overall they did a good job and genuinely seem like they care and tried to put in an effort.
At the end of the day, Toyota is still better so you get four stars”
“The team at Beaverton Car Wash did an amazing job with my suv. I got the top of the line service they offer and my suv looks as good as it did when I bought it. Don’t listen to the negative reviews and don’t expect a $500 detailing for $40. They are fast and do a great job for the price.
Only downside was you cannot tip when paying with card so bring cash if you want to tip.”

“Great customer service. Very helpful and easy to work with and schedule. The mobility of the technicians to come to where the vehicle is parked is such a convenience for even the busiest of people with full schedules. I work nights and was able to schedule the detail, make arrangements for vehicle access and paid my invoice without having to go in or even talk on the phone. Very responsive to texts/email promptly. Very little wait time for anything. They are also very skilled at what they do. Not only does my new car look like it just came packaged from the dealership, there were a few environmental scratches that they were able to buff and polish out and everything looks completely blemish free. Highly recommend”
