I happened to be in Portland, stopped by the Burnside Road branch in Gresham without an appointment, and Regina Rae Sansom was amazing. She fit me in between her appointments on a busy Friday afternoon, and worked with me until we got it done. And they had warm cookies! She was professional, knowledgeable and personable, going above and beyond. Thank you Regina!”

“We went to the other branch north of this one near harbor freight and got horrible service and I said to myself no... Chase is better than this... Let's try another branch, we drove to this one and the people were just all so happy and bright and helpful. Way busier, way more efficient, much better customer service... Rose was funny and knew her job like the back of her hand. Had us in and out in 15 minutes, would have been 10 or less if I wasn't asking so many questions, faith restored in Chase due to this branch. Someone from this branch needs to go clean up that shady litter box near harbor freight and show them how it's done. That other branch had me pretty angry. If it wasn't for the excellent service at this branch... One of two things was gonna happen, I was gonna get done what I needed to get done or I was gonna close my half dozen chase accounts and credit cards and start banking somewhere else. You guys are heros and made that other branch look like chumps. I will drive the extra 5 minutes to this branch every single time.”
