Today I brought in some pictures of a problem I had and the staff suggested a fix to try that didn’t require me to purchase anything. And it fixed the issue. I won’t go anywhere else.”

“Parking is close to the door, and the counter is near inside. I love being able to get friendly help within seconds of parking the car. When I bought a relief valve for the water heater, it proved to be a little short. Their solution was a close nipple and coupler made of brass, no charge, so I'm completely satisfied with these guys.”

“The guys were very helpful. There was one new young gentleman trying really hard to find my parts. He wasn't able and had to get somebody who knew that department. But he had a very good attitude and aptitude for learning. I told him he'll be manager in a couple years if he keeps it up. Long brothers is well staffed with knowledgeable employees with good attitudes and nice inventory reasonably priced. It's only 17 minutes away from Silverton. Very convenient.”

“We usually go to Home Depot off Lancaster but a few days ago we decided to go to the Cherry Ave location. Upon walking in, we noticed two male employees by the customer service area. A young male & an older, heavy set guy with wavy hair. They were talking, then the older guy chuckled to the other employee probably because he heard we were lost & then he scattered. Elliot though, that guy was super accommodating! Not only did he cut our lumber but led us to a couple different aisles for other stuff.”

“Jim and Kevin in the appliance department are so nice and helpful, especially Jim. The compressor in our LG refrigerator decided to die for a second time and we were desperate to replace it. After much research, we decided on a Bosch and the only place that had it in stock was Lowe's in Keizer. Before we drove 35 miles to check it out, I called and Jim not only answered the phone but was nice enough to verify the store indeed had 3 in stock. He also found it on the floor so we could look at it before buying it. I haven't had great luck with the Lowe's in Tigard, but I highly recommend these two at the Keizer store. They helped make a crappy few days much better.”
