“These guys (2 employees seem to run the show) are awesome - you won’t get an almost new car like you would with the Big Boys but you’ll still get a reliable one.
Mine did have a decent size crack in the windshield but only had 50k mikes even though is was a few years old.
Good news is the Big Boys quoted me around 100 bucks a day but these guys only charged me 45! :) praying the lords blessing on them.”

She drove us to the Enterprise location and in no time we were out and on our way. Return was just as easy. Drove to Enterprise and had a helpful young man drive us to the train station. “Had an awesome car rental experience at this location. Pick up and drop off were both a breeze. The car we rented was clean and in good condition and was perfect for our long road trip. The staff at this location are amazingly friendly and social. I've never experienced car rental staff that I've actually enjoyed talking to, or that would engage in an extended conversation with customers. This happened both at pick up and drop off! Luckily this location is super close to where we live so we will definitely become returning customers!”
“Let me just say, I was having a terrible day due to finding out my trucks leaf spring was broken. So now I am here at enterprise. Upon walking in Jake, greeted me with a big smile that went to total sincere concern as he saw I was already choking up. Bad day.. Very bad day for me. So long story short.. Jake had me laughing and forgetting about all my problems in a matter of minutes. He reminded me life's to short to worry about these kinds of things as it could have been worse. And you know what... He is absolutely right. There are so many poeple thay aren't in the position to rent a car when theirs suddenly breaks.. So at least there is that. Also Jake was so kind and helpful with all my extra added safety concerns, like add ons just in case somthing happens to the rav4 ect. ect.
Seriously I was in and out within 10 mins. No joke. I am so thankful for Jake and the enterprise on mcglophlin Blvd.

“Great experience! Maggie was a great help getting the car. There was an issue with the car (it felt like the emergency brake didn’t fully disengage), but she helped us replace it quickly. After returning the car, we thought we left something in it. Daniel (who was working the next day) checked the car right away to ease our minds. Again, great experience!”

“Great place and they are not annoying with the debit card thing that makes it to where you can’t get a truck if you don’t have good credit or major credit card. Bathroom is just gross that’s my only complaint.”
“I truly don’t understand the other reviews. We received great customer service! The gentleman asked what are plans were and gave us advice on a local scenic route to view the falls, recommended a waterfall near the wineries we were visiting and assisted with maps etc. Car was clean on the inside and what we expected. It was dirty on the outside but it’s a rental in downtown, we aren’t buying it. Very convenient spot if you’re staying downtown and easy return to the garage.”

“I use this budget location anytime I need a truck or larger vehicle and I have to admit I am a handful of a customer. I often need the vehicle longer than I originally thought and this team is beyond patient with me. And I appreciate that so much because it's not that I intend to be late but that's what seems to happen and they haven't 86 me yet! They're also the most reasonable rate for a rental truck in the area so they will continue to get my business even though they may rather not!”
